The Dos and Don'ts
Arrivals and Departure:
Check In: BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Check-in time is between 3:00pm (15.00) and 9:00pm (21.00).
Call, email, or text to schedule a check-in time as soon as possible. If you have special circumstances that might require or
delay check-in, arrangements for late check-in must be made with the Innkeeper prior to arrival.
Check Out: By 11:00 AM
We will not guarantee availability of any room and a reservation will be considered cancelled for guests
arriving after 9:00pm (21.00) unless special arrangements have been made in advance with the Innkeeper.
Smoking Policy:
We are a 100% smoke and vapor free facility. SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED in any guest room, other rooms of the bed and breakfast, or on property grounds. We reserve the right to ask guests to vacate immediately and charge a cleaning fee of $500.00 if this policy is violated in anyway.
Cancellation Policy:
No room charge or tax will be incurred for non-special event date reservations cancelled up to the 14th day prior to arrival. Any cancellation within 14 days of arrival will incur 100% of the all room charges, tax, and fees.
Special Event Cancellation Policy:
All reservations made for special event dates are subject to a minimum 25% non-refundable deposit.
Reservations may be canceled prior to 1 year from the booking arrival date without further penalty or forfeiture.
Reservations canceled after 1 year but before 6 months prior to the booking arrival date are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit.
Reservations canceled within 6 months of the booking arrival date are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.

What payment methods do we accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Cash.
When is payment collected?
Payment in full is made when you make your reservation regardless of whether it is done over the phone, online, or through a third-party service like Expedia and is the industry standard.
Reservations for Special Event Dates or Extended Stays may require a non-refundable deposit or payment-in-full.
Are you air-conditioned?
We are fully air-conditioned for summer comfort and heated in the winter.
Do I have to share a bathroom?
Each and every guest room has its own private bathroom.
Are there other rooms available for guest use in the B&B?
The Common Room, Dining Area ,Lounge, and Upstairs Reading Nook are available for guest use as well as the private grounds. However, some sections of the Inn are part of the private residence are restricted from public access.
Are pets welcome?
Pets are currently not allowed; however we can arrange for nearby kenneling if desired.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Our breakfast menu has selections designed for a variety of dietary needs. Vegan, vegetarian, lactose-free, gluten free are all easily accommodated and we are happy to make substitutions.
