Where are we?

The Baldwinsville Bed and Breakfast is located in the center of the village of Baldwinsville NY, one block along Oswego Street from the main four corner village intersection. The Village of Baldwinsville, NY is a quiet suburb west of Syracuse, NY located conveniently off the New York State Thruway at Exit 39 within a short driving distance of the Route 81 corridor, the city of Syracuse, the city of Oswego as well as other areas of Onondaga, Cayuga, and Oswego counties including the Finger Lakes.

When is check-in?

Check In: BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Check-in time is between 3:00pm (15.00) and 9:00pm (21.00). Call, email, or text to schedule a check-in time as soon as possible. If you have special circumstances that might require or delay check-in, arrangements for late check-in must be made with the Innkeeper prior to arrival.

Are you air-conditioned?

We are fully air-conditioned for summer comfort and heated in the winter.

Do I have to share a bathroom?

Each and every guest room has its own private bathroom.

Are there other rooms available for guest use in the B&B?

The Common Room, Dining Area ,Lounge, and Upstairs Reading Nook are available for guest use as well as the private grounds. However, some sections of the Inn are part of the private residence are restricted from public access. You can request either room service and have your breakfast delivered directly to your door or you can choose full service and be served in the dining room.

Are pets welcome?

Pets are currently not allowed; however we can arrange for nearby kenneling if desired.

Can I smoke in my room?

We are a 100% smoke and vapor free property. SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED in any guest room, other rooms of the bed and breakfast, or on property grounds. We reserve the right to ask guests to vacate immediately and charge a cleaning fee of $500.00 if this policy is violated in anyway.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Our breakfast menu has selections designed for a variety of dietary needs and we are happy to make substitutions for special needs.
